Southwestern Oregon Community College

The English Language Institute (ELI) is located on the Oregon coast, close to lakes, ocean beaches and the sand dunes. The ELI program is student-centered and project-based; courses provide both academic, conversational English experiences and TOEFL exam study. No entry TOEFL score is needed to attend. Tuition includes room, board, meals, intensive English classes, community interaction, and American culture studies. The ELI program provides individualized programming to maximize learning.

Clackamas CC is locate on 175 acres of rolling farmland, 20 minutes from downtown Portland. The program serves both international and immigrant students, thereby serving students from many different countries.
