The IEP provides courses in English language to prepare people to enter universities in the US or to equip them for career advancement. Based on a university campus, the IEP includes 20 hours per week of English instruction from highly qualified, experienced teachers. Safe, quiet small town environment.

Blacksburg, a safe and friendly college town, is the home of nationally ranked Virginia Tech. The ELI offers 25 - 30 class hours per week with sessions beginning six times a year. Academic preparation is emphasized, but a variety of courses are available.
