Our aim is to make everyone feel at home here at the English Language School in Hawaii.

Honolulu, the capital of the state of Hawaii and largest city on the island of Oahu, is a cosmopolitan business, cultural and tourism center. There are beaches, rainforests, an extinct volcano, museums, historic buildings, shopping centers and parks all within walking distance of the school. The city’s entertainment and tourist district, Waikiki is just outside the school’s doors.

Hawaii’s tropical climate allows for year-round outdoor recreational activities. Recreational areas for swimming, scuba diving, fishing, surfing, hiking, boating, golfing, skateboarding, roller blading, jogging, cycling and tennis are all within a 10-minute drive of the school.

We offer junior ESL summer programs for students aged 12-16 years old at our school in Hawaii.

Lesson time is from 9:00-1:00 Monday through Thursday with one afternoon activity during the week and an all day activity on Fridays. The tuition fee for the program is $200 per week for the lessons and activities. This includes an opening and closing ceremony for the group of students. The price for the Homestay accommodations is $275 per week.

For the students who are under the age of 12, we have a program called the K-STEP program. The tuition fee is $250 per week and includes texts, snacks during break time, etc. It is also 16 hours per week. The schedule will coincide with the adult program so it is possible for parents to study at the same time as their children study. The K-STEP program is a lot of fun, we have been doing it for three years now and have had several student return to the program. We use the Let's Go series text books and the students do question/answer games using the target language in the text book. We work quite a bit with phonetics and developing reading skills as well as oral/grammar skills.
